The HSK test offers two forms of testing: computer-based and paper-based. In other words, the HSK examination offers online testing, but not home-based testing. Both the computer-based and paper-based tests require candidates to go to the test center and complete the test under the invigilation of a proctor. The difference is that the computer-based test is conducted on a computer.
